Bangkok Has a Fallen 8! 一路走曼谷 =)

Bangkok, a indeed busy city with crowded people everywhere and busy always. Busy city like KL but with more complicated but systematic transport system. Traffic jam everywhere~~but the citizen there seems no need to worry to have no job to do although the city is full with "human resources". Thats how Bangkok different with Malaysia, where robbing, stealing, snatching is all around.

Overall this trip is just simply to walk and shop, not visiting any temple, i cant resist the hotness also! hahaha
btw... fallen 8 --> infinite... infinite shops!!!

Prologue
So begin the trip all the way from penang first, taking bus to KL and bring my mum to have a visit on the excessively decorated PAVILION, i think they should held a contest to count how many lantern in PAVILION...count til gila! hahaha

the next day morning its time to depart from LCCT

Day 1: 21st Jan 2013 (Monday)
Check-in at Nasa Vegas Hotel, Ramkamhaeng with SARL airport rail link just outside the hotel, booked the hotel for 4D3N with just rm238 thru groupon! super cheap n worth it, free wifi which worth rm15 per day for unlimited access! got sofa lagi~

1st shopping place: Indra Square near Ratchaprarop SARL (just one station away from hotel)
without able to visit the weekend market, here is indeed a mall that sell many cheap things...cheap til u cant believe! hahaha...n got many variety somemore, upstairs gt a food court for many variety of food u can choose, got swensen with cheaper price compared to malaysia, mcd n more shops to go

2nd shopping place: Asiatique the Riverfront, its accessible by taking BTS to Saphon Taksin Exit 2 and then take free shuttle boat from pier. It opens daily from 5pm until late night, the place is like autocity at juru but is much much bigger n well decorated, the store here i wasnt able to walk finish because it is like ENDLESS~~really endless!

a shop that sell women bag, really nice, special n cheap also

rest at a bubble tea shop~~ jz rm3 the bubble tea here with too much bubble lagi! not bad

Day 2: 22nd Jan 2013 (Tuesday)
After having breakfast buffet in hotel, just rm10 each person for groupon user
(not free breakfast la, already so cheap~~haha)
Its time to go...

3rd shopping place: Gateway Ekamai Mall linked to Ekkamai BTS
too early go...shop no open finish yet~~lol... luckily got 24hr AEON there~~

4th shopping place: Terminal 21, an airport-themed shopping mall connected to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT

very special and unique with each floor different country design even in toilet! (let tourists keep going toilet just to snap photos...XD) there are 9 floors at all, with some summarise photos below =)

we have our dinner at MIX Restaurant & Bar which is a award-winning 2012 Thailand Best Restaurant, indeed very nice!

5th shopping place: Union Mall, Tesco Lotus, Central Plaza Ladprao connected to MRT Phahon Yothin
again many shops for shopping~~then we visited Mansion 7 connected to Huai Khwang exit 1, which is totally nothing there...lol, and its dinner time at yaowarat chinatown at sampeng road connected to Hua Lamphong MRT Exit 4

we have tried out the quite nice 油条, pomegranate juice, chestnut, wantan mee (which is small n normal) n some dessert there...overall quite nice, some local food can be bought at 合记林真香 there, can test eat sample n buy if its nice

Day 3: 23rd Jan 2013 (Wednesday)

6th shopping place: Pratunam market which mainly sell cloth
then connected to Platinum Fashion Mall which once again...shops~~~~then Big C which has a money exchange shop that has highest exchange rate in bangkok (super rich money exchanger) then central plaza again... there is a famous 4-faced buddha at the side of these shopping mall called Erawan Shrine

7th shopping place: Siam Paragon
one of the largest mall in the world...but not so interested in shopping here as its all branded item...$$$~~~
just walk around and snap some photo outside Siam Ocean World

n after that...i lost something that cost me much time that waste some of my valuable time there T__T
then revisit indra square for some cheap unfinished shopping~~ and finally back to hotel and pack things and wait for tomoro morning flight to hatyai...

at hatyai still can 巧遇 pey at hatyai pasar~ n jz realise i m in a wrong day again n cant go floating market~~ how i wish to go~~huhu
